It heats up gently and the warmth I feel on my eyelids I don't think I've ever felt. They also double-up as just an eye mask after their first use.

I think it’s my 5th repurchase this year. Love this product. Always drift off to a blissful nights sleep. Also I find them good if I have a migraine. Would always have gone with cool gel packs for my head and they are great but I have used theses masks too and they are very soothing.
