Our Story

I purchased my first store 20 years ago, the store I trained to be a pharmacist in under the guidance of Pierce Meagher, my mentor.   

The store itself Meaghers Pharmacy Baggot St has been at the centre of the community delivering excellence in Pharmacy services since 1921. When I purchased Baggot street it was important to me to continue the great work of the Meaghers family.  Delivering expert advice in a friendly and professional way, by a family who care deeply about the patients we serve. Our team of experts have a passion for innovation and the delivery of exciting products and services to the community. We seek to be the very best at what we do, our goal is not to be the biggest pharmacy group in the country but to stand out in terms of service, expertise and genuine care for our patients. 

In the last 20 years I have opened 9 more Pharmacy branches and in 2014 we launched Meaghers.ie and we now provide the Meaghers unique brand of customer service to customers all over the country and all over the world (58 countries at last count) 

We have redefined the role of the pharmacist in the communities we serve and offer accessible and affordable healthcare solutions to patients in need of expert advice.
