The creamy, soap free formula, made with hydrating Glycerin, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), hydrates as it cleanses to soothe skin and replenish moisture, leaving skin feeling soft and smooth. Can be used with or without water.
