Directions

To unwind use our natural pillow spray for sleep, light a Perfect Night's Sleep Scented Candle and allow the fragrance to fill the room.

• Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
