Loved it however only found out yesterday from heard breastcancer doctor in beaumont breast clinic that there are ingredients in this product combined are hrt.. now im high risk because of close family having terminal breast cancer and I had surgery to take out precancerous cells a few months ago.
She did suggest k2 and evening primrose oil and if I need to go on hrt for a short period to do it at the menopause hub or gp. It's safer than taking lots of vitamins and not knowing how much actual hrt are in them
