I have been taking symprove for the last two years. I purchased all the products from yourselves. The whole of my last order was gone off. I contacted your company by email twice and got no reply. I phoned you and your staff told me they would look into last Wednesday but did not come back to me and they have yet to reply. My first order did not arrive. Because of this I gave 1 star, couldn't give nil. I contacted Meaghers who actioned my complaint immediately and the Symprove arrived next day. The product itself tastes well enough and seems to be improving, as it should, on the gut bacteria. Time will tell.

Heading into week 3 and I definitely can feel a difference in myself , it seems to be helping with hormone balance as I wasn’t psychotic on my period this month , is definitely helping with my bowels and bones am excited to see how Iam after the 3 months ! I also started my 2 year old daughter on it as she has bad eczema and it has cleared it up completely within the first two weeks , it is definitely helping her with bowel movements also !! Never having tasted this before l ordered a 12 week set, l regret that l didn't order a variety of flavours. A better deal on a starter pack with different flavours would make sense in hindsight. I also received a Mars bar in the pack. My family enjoyed that but I didn't. I would have really appreciated a few day portion sachets of Syllium instead. They are very handy for overnight stays or early morning starts where I have breakfast away from home.

I have been using Symprove for a few months now, after being quite ill last year with a tick bite then Covid, so three weeks of strong antibiotics then fighting the virus, this left my good gut bacteria nearly wiped out, I had this analysed through the Zoe programme in Dec, I have more energy now, sleep a little better and with care about my diet am having less IBS issues… I will continue using Symprove especially over the winter period
