On my second box of beauty complex, my skin is definitely feeling softer, my nails are growing, but still very weak they break easily, haven't noticed any improvement in my hair, will continue to use it for a couple more months

Used this supplement for a few months at first and was astonished after about 2 weeks, nails grew long and fast, even my nail artist commented on the change. Then I caught covid and unfortunately I've not noticed any benefits since then (4 months ago) but the initial affect was so strong I'm going to stay with it and see what happens. Pleasant tasting. A genuinely pleasant tasting collagen drink. Having tried several others this is the first one that managed to really mask that aftertaste that lingers with marine collagen powder. Itās still there but itās definitely not as obvious, you get sweetness of the flavouring. Did not give 5 stars simply because itās too early to see results, but flavour wise & ease of use, packaging & price all top marks.

My hair is very thin and looks a lot more fuller and healthier now. My nails are way more stronger and not breaking any more.
