I sleep so badly. I don’t get enough REM sleep and I wake up a good 10 times a night. Since I’ve started taken these I still wake but when I’m sleeping I’m definitely getting more REM sleep, they are 100% helping to get deeper sleep.

Have been using Relax for a couple of months. I take 2 at night. While I still have difficulty getting to sleep, I don't get anxious about it anymore and find I am much more relaxed. When I sleep my quality of sleep is much better and I get about 5-7 hours of sleep, compared to 3-4 hours of broken sleep.

Nearly finished my second bottle of these. To say I was sceptical is an understatement. Age 54 perimenopausal and haven't slept well for years and years.
