Lemsip Cold & Flu is used to relive the symptoms of colds and flu including headache, sore throat, body ache, fever and pain. Each Sachet contains 500mg of paracetamol.

Directions for use
Who can use Lemsip Cold and Flu Sachets?
This product is for use in adults and children 12 years and older. Â
How to use?
Add one sachet of powder to a mug and fill with hot water (not boiling), stir until dissolved. Take 1 sachet every 4 hours, do not exceed 6 sachets in any 24 hours.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
As with all medication it is advisable to consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Driving and using machines
There are no known side effects which would impair your ability to drive or use machinery.

This medication can have side-effects, like all medicines, although these are usually mild and do not affect everyone. If you experience any side-effects, please talk to your doctor.

Ingredients
Each sachet contains 500mg of paracetamol as the active ingredient.
The other ingredients are sucrose, citric acid anhydrous, lemon flavour no.1, menthol flavour, saccharin sodium, aspartame (E951), sodium citrate, ascorbic acid and curcumin WD (constituents of curcumin WD include; curcumin, lactose, polysorbate and silica
