I have been taking this for three months and I find it great - I notice when it runs out and I'm without it for a couple of days so I try not to run out! I never took a supplement regularly prior to this. It's so easy...a capful every day. It's stuffed with vitamins & for me it's possibly the B12 that makes the difference. Either way, it's a great product. It's expensive. But I've bought vitamins before & they stayed in the press gathering dust on the shelf whereas I'm actually taking this stuff. The taste is 'ok'. Certainly not off-putting [for me anyway] but I wouldn't crave it either. I would whole-hearteely recommend.
