I bought Symprove after listening to a live chat with Roseanna Ruane on the basis that if it even helped half the symptoms it claimed to do...then I would be very happy..I'm on my second bottle now and I can definitely say it's helping.
I've IBS..and a main problem of chronic constipation along with constant indigestion and bloating.
Almost immediately the bloating stopped and it's early days yet for the other symptoms but I feel it's going in the right direction and I will continue to take Symprove and can only highly recommend it.
I take the Natural flavour and find it palatable and refreshing .
I was very pleased to buy my first supply on the Black Friday Deal but there was no little gift with it . .!!

I was not impressed with how long the order took-initially in the ad it said 2-4 working days, then the email with the order said 3-5 working days-it arrived a week & a half later I think. The ad also said a free shot glass with the order but I never received it.
