Each capsule contains 5 active ingredients ashwagandha, sage, soya isoflavones plus vitamins B6 and B3 for daily support. 

Soya Isoflavones:

Soya Isoflavones are a family of naturally occurring chemicals found in soya beans, isoflavones are phytoestrogens and Genistein is one of the best known and researched isoflavones. Each capsule contains 135mg of fermented soya bean extract, of which 54mg is Genistein.

Sage: Sage is a perennial, evergreen shrub known by the Romans as the holy herb. Its leaves are described as phytoestrogens. Each capsule contains 100mg of Sage. 

Ashwagandha: The Ashwagandha root is an evergreen shrub with a long history of use in India, the Middle East and parts of Africa. Each capsule contains 450mg of Ashwagandha.

Vitamin B3: Vitamin B3, also known as Niacin is a water soluble vitamin which your body uses to convert food into energy. It contributes to reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin that contributes to the normal function of the immune system along with multiple additional benefits including contributing to regulation of hormonal activity , contributing to normal psychological function and contributing to normal energy yielding mechanism.
