I bought the candle as a gift as I have done on a few previous occasions and it is beautiful. BUT, I am extremely disappointed that on this occasion I did not receive the Jenny McCarthy wedding candle gift bag which usually comes with it and makes the presentation so much nicer.

The candle is gorgeous. Smells beautiful. I had a lot of issues with deliveries. I ordered this for my friend's wedding and it came smashed. I called customer service and they sorted it out asap and had another delivered to me the following day as the wedding was the day after and I had already gotten the lid engraved. Unfortunately this also was broken even though it was wrapped in even more bubble wrap than before. I called again and the lady couldn't have been nicer and apologetic and arranged for another candle to be delivered to the venue in which the wedding was taking place! This candle was perfect! We figured out that the lid needed to be packaged separately as it is too heavy and was the cause of the breaks. I have never dealt with such lovely customer service and would definitely recommend them in the future!

Candle is beautiful but I was disappointed that the gift bag was not included. It's for my son and his fiancée so would have liked to present gift as was intended on site. Contacted Meaghers but still didn't receive bag.
